        Core Privacy Guarantee: VibeFit is built as a 100% offline-first application. We do not operate external user data servers, track your health metrics remotely, or share your data with third parties.
    

1. Introduction

VibeFit ("we", "us", or "our"), operated under Creative Management Solutions, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use the VibeFit mobile application.

2. No Central Data Collection

VibeFit is an offline-first application. We do not collect, store, share, or transmit any of your personal data, health data, fitness routines, or progress photos to our servers or any third-party services.

All data entered into the app is stored locally on your device's internal storage using secure local databases (Room DB).

3. Local Data Storage and Security

Local Storage: All your fitness data (workouts, diet logs, physical measurements, and progress photos) is stored strictly in a private local database and folder on your device.
App Security / App Lock: You can enable Biometric or PIN authentication within the app to add an extra layer of local security to your stored data.
Data Backup: When you create a manual backup, the data is exported as a JSON file saved directly to your local device storage. You retain full control, ownership, and responsibility for the storage and transfer of this file.

4. Third-Party Services & SDKs

VibeFit does not integrate or use any third-party SDKs that silently track or collect user data, such as third-party analytics (e.g., Firebase Analytics), crash reporting engines, or targeted advertising networks.

5. Your Rights & Data Control

Since all data remains exclusively on your physical device, you maintain full authority over it. You can view, modify, or permanently wipe your data at any time directly through the app settings.

Uninstalling the VibeFit application will automatically delete all internal database records created by the app on your device (excluding manual backup JSON files saved to public directories).

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. Any updates will be reflected directly on this web page with a revised effective date.
