1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of websites, digital applications, and payment services provided by Creative Management Solutions, including but not limited to cmsgroup.in, VibeFit, and OfferSpot. By accessing our services or completing any transaction, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Digital Services & Commercial Pricing

Creative Management Solutions provides digital utilities, wellness platforms, and merchant marketing/listing software:

• VibeFit Direct: Digital fitness application access priced at ₹249 (one-time license fee).
• OfferSpot Merchant Services: Local promotional discovery, deal listing, and digital advertising services for businesses, priced transparently per listing or campaign as displayed prior to transaction confirmation.

3. Payment & Transactions

All online payments are securely processed via authorized Indian payment aggregators (such as PhonePe / Razorpay). You agree to provide valid payment details and represent that you are legally authorized to execute transactions using the chosen payment method.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We are committed to fair customer service:

• Digital Services / Merchant Listings: Due to the instant delivery nature of digital goods and listing activations, fees paid for successfully published listings or digital downloads are generally non-refundable once activated.
• Duplicate / Failed Transactions: In case of accidental duplicate charges or technical failures where payment was deducted but service/license was not provisioned, a 100% refund will be initiated.
• Refund Timelines: Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days.
• For any billing disputes or cancellation inquiries, contact us at support@cmsgroup.in with your transaction reference.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Creative Management Solutions exclusively delivers digital software products, merchant discovery listings, and digital services. No physical goods are shipped. Digital access, activation codes, or listing confirmations are delivered electronically and instantly upon successful payment.
